"I love that you all are available 7 days a week and that you can book everything online. All of the vists my family had here were pleasant expect the one with Lanissa Odor. I have never seen someone be so nonchalant with a patient after knowing a patient has waited almost 3 hours to seen. What doctor ask a patient "What do you want me to do?" People come to the doctor because they are sick and need your help. No one wants to waste time or money to show and leave the same way they came."
"I’m not sure if this place is understaffed or taking on more than they can handle. I arrived at my appointment at 2:19, the appointment time was 2:39. I checked in and was not called back until 3:25. Tested for normal COVID test, was told Nurse/DR would be in about 15 minutes. When she left the room it was 3:33 when I seen the nurse it was 4:20. She came in and literally asked me everything the lady asked regarding symptoms. The entire time all the staff did was talk and gossip/laugh. Not thing was urgent or fast! I’m extremely patient but this UNACCEPTABLE! People are feeling terrible, and nothing is an urgency! I’m extremely disappointed in the service!"
"This office was so clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The wait times were extremely quick and timely ! The doctor was also very kind and the nurse was phenomenal! Front desk was so sweet as well. I will return if needed and I highly recommend this office to anyone !"
"Everyone was great! We got in and out in a timely manner. From the nurses to the doctor they all were super sweet and had my son smiling when he wasn't feeling well! Great great bed side manner for sure! We def will come back!"
"I had an appointment at 8:30am and waited on the verge of two hours just to never be seen. My visit would have been simple less than 15 minutes as I just needed an antibiotic. The nurse that took my vitals was very sweet but other than that nothing about this visit was good. The workers and the Dr. Or whoever they have practicing, you could literally hear their full conversations. Especially about a patient needing Sertraline refilled who they were talking about in an unprofessional way. Definitely do not recommend."
