"Well I walked into Dr haws office today after reading his website and how much they all care about helping people in anyway they can and to scheduele an appointment. Keep in mind I have a splitting head ache from a messed up tooth in my mouth . I opened the door and asked if I could make an appointment and they told me they were not seeing any new patience or scheduling any appointments with new customers. Kind of weird after reading his website stating that they Are accepting new patience so I filled out a form and I can schedule an appointment…………. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service as I left I asked if there was any other dentists they could refer me to and they looked at each other and said no…… that’s really sad and I feel like I was totally shunned away because of my appearance and the fact I showed up on my bike in serious pain and headache from my tooth…… I was hoping to be welcomed and helped after reading there website but I was completely wrong . That’s my experience hope it helps others ……"
