"They saw me for a slightly uncomfortable knee. They gave me a knee brace. I wore it for 4 days. A few months later I received a bill from the manufacturer of the knee brace saying that I owe them $500 because my insurance only covered $98 of the $598 knee brace. Anyone that would’ve walked out of office wearing that knee brace would not have done so knowing that they would have to pay $500 for it. No one at fast pace told me my insurance may not cover the full amount so it was never a possibility in my mind. When I visited their office to discuss hopefully them assisting me with a $500 bill for a dollar general knee brace they essentially said “thats not our problem”. Now I’m shafted with a ridiculous bill for an item I haven’t even used for a full business week. Why would they carry a product that a fairly common insurance company would pay so little for? Surely someone coded in the prescription number and saw the amount owed would be the ludicrous $500. A “heads up” would’ve been appreciated."

"I wasn’t expecting to receive service so fast. I was told a 45min-1 hr wait. I just hoped it would ‘t be longer than that. The front desk receptionist was very friendly. I liked the convenience of doing my registration from my phone instead of having to fill out a bunch of papers. The provider got me in and out. I will definitely recommend and come here again if needed."

"I made an appointment online and arrived early as suggested. I was called back to the exam room after a very short wait. My nurse was very nice and personable. I was seen by Lauren Hopper who listened to what I had to say and began her exam with efficiency. Today I feel so much better than yesterday. The injections have helped tremendously and I’ve started the oral meds. Needless to say, this was a five star visit! In and out in about 40 minutes…"
