"Locked up my chart records after going VIPMD all over a $25.00 bad debt that I never received a bill on. Funny thing is I received a bill every other time and paid it, since going to this office for years. But this one marked my chart as bad debt. Which I didn’t know about until I called to schedule me an appointment with my new PCP for my med refills and I could not get an appointment until I called this number and paid the bad debt. So no appointment, no med refills, and paying 25.00 for an appointment back in June 2022. Bad business and tacky behavior. All for them to unlock my records and send them to my new PCP. Which I then called the new PCP back so they could schedule me and got an appointment 3 days later."

"Vip only, large bill for stuff most insurance covers. Never met the doc for the times I went only nurses. Not that big of a deal don't like doctors anyway. Vip= people are second money is first.... I will say this though their nurses when I went were great. Just no doc he was send out tons junk and boarder line harassing amount of phone calls for his vip services."

"The staff had always been great with my family. Dr. Thrasher & NP Mary take the time to get to know you & generally seem to care about you. Mary even came to see my stepmother who was homebound. When it was time to bring hospice in, they took care of the initial arrangements. When I had an appointment, soon after she passed, several of the ladies gave me a hug."

"I cannot say how Dr. Thrasher is but the front staff is very rude. The lady that answered the phone was rude and acted like I had inconvenienced her by asking questions. This dr office was recommended because we are new to this area and haven't found a family Dr yet. Very disappointed!"
