"Best of the best! This was my first time going and it could not have been better. The front desk staff was friendly and explained exactly what I needed to do. The facility from the lobby area to the back area with the doctor was extremely clean. The nurses and the doctor were also very friendly. Everyone washed their hands in my presence. And I noticed each person repeated what I said to them to ensure they heard me correctly."

"I was exceptionally surprised! Walked into a clean and pleasant facility, the two front desk girls were friendly, greeted me as I walked in the door and both actually looked up to greet me inside of the I'm busy but I have to say this style of greeting. Check in was simple, 8 in line and oh boy I’ll be here for a few hours as where I am from, 8th in line is almost an all day adventure in an urgent care. Maybe 30 minutes passed and I’m being called! Alright, this place is my style of service. Taken back by a staff member who was polite and seemed to have a good attitude for being at work on a Saturday morning. After she left, I waited in the room for no more than 10 minutes to be seen by the provider. The provider who introduced herself as Lisa, was attentive, caring and did a thorough assessment of my complaint. Not many genuine caring providers like this where I come from so this was a very nice experience to have in a new town visiting a new facility. Certainly give this place a A+!"
