"Kathy was wonderful to work with and exceeded all of our expectations on our summer family trip to Spain! We spoke over the phone about the kind of trip we wanted and from there she hit the ground running! She provided a number of options for us to choose from that weren't overwhelming, which also made the process fun as well. She is extremely detail oriented and on a couple of occasions brought things to our attention that we would have missed. Kathy took care of booking all of our hotels, excursions, train tickets and organized them in an app that was super helpful. We have already recommended her to several people! "Attention to detail translates to peace of mind and that is exactly what we received from Kathy. Booking a trip with a family member who lives in a different state can be tricky especially when the family member is older.
