It was very traumatic for me and ended up being very costly and is not right yet. It has been many months now."

"I will never go back. I had a crown put in and with his inability to do his job. He hit the vein of my tooth and had to get a unnecessary root canal. His staff was unhelpful and rude when I asked for a compensation or for him to see me when I was in great deal was a pain. 0/10 unbelievable and if i could report this to the board i would."

"I will never go to this dentist again. During my last appointment, I had crown put in. I had severe 10/10 pain for a month after. Patel didn't offer for me to come in to have it looked at but instead prescribed antibiotics. When I said I still had pain, he told me to go to an endodontist. I was told by a new dentist and another medical professional that the crown did not fit my mouth and that is why I was in so much pain. I had to have the crown shaved down, which is not covered by insurance. I paid $500 out of pocket to fix Patel's mistake. Once new dentists worked on the crown, I was completely out of pain. If Patel would have seen me after my complaint, he would have seen why I was in so much pain. During my initial crown procedure, I also felt that he was very rough opening my jaw and not as gentle as usual. My jaw has been having issues locking and popping in and out of place ever since that appointment. I am extremely disappointed I had to pay so much out of pocket for another dentist to fix Patel's mistake."

"Highly Recommended!! Dr Patel and his staff are excellent and the new office is top notch! My mother suffered from a TMJ issue for years and after seeing many specialists and trying other approaches we were lucky to find Dr Patels office. Dr Patel decided a Botox injection could help and within a week my mother was enjoying conversation, meals, and restful sleep. Dr Patel was accurate on efficacy and duration of the Botox injection and we just completed a second treatment at first signs of the pain returning. Thank you Dr Patel and staff!!"

"Dr. Patel and his entire staff are exceptional. My family has been coming to Dr. Patel for the past 11 years. He is amazing with young kids as well as adults. His front office staff Janie and Jen make you feel welcome from the moment you walk into the office. Dr. Patel's hygienists are professional and always put you at ease. His hygienist Vicky has cleaned my daughters' teeth and mine for over 10 years. She is kind, gentle, and thorough. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Patel and his staff. I highly recommend Dr. Patel for the whole family!"
