"Awful place. Not a medical office you see a doctor at but rather an undercover review establishment for the government such as department of TN health, and social security. Old gross house turned office with even shadier "Doctors" and topped off with a non-functioning toilet, bathroom lock, and nonexistent staff such as a receptionist. Does not seem legit in anyway, went here several times as ordered by the state and was to get a physical (I have a severely damaged and mangled limb) but the Doctor didn't even make me take my socks or shoes off........"
"fleas. I sat down in the waiting room and immediately was covered in fleas. You can look down at your shoe and see more than you can count. Huge infestation. Absolutely unacceptable. We walked outside in the sunlight and seen more than we can count. Shoes, pants. Staff was unapologetic. I've never seen so many bugs"
