"My name is Jacob D. and I would just have to say that the Robertson county office is 5 stars AMAZING! They were SO friendly and helpful in more ways then one! The front desk lady Jaime was super nice and helped my wife get signed up with benefits that she didn't even know she qualified for (Which is so uncommon in a state office. Most just do the bare minimum and are far from friendly) so shout out to her for sure and Ms. Kim has always been very helpful, friendly, easy to deal with and to talk to, pleasant, and kind. Pretty much every single person we have ever had to deal with here and every experience have been top notch! So refreshing to see people in public work not only be willing to help like they do but being friendly while doing so. Wonderful job Robertson County W.I.C! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!"

"i’ve been trying to get WIC at this place for the longest, they have been running me around in circles. at first they would not make me a wic appointment. then when they finally did, they never sent my WIC package in the mail. it’s been almost 2 weeks and i still haven’t received anything! and then the staff was really rude. she talked to me like i was stupid because i asked a simple question. this is the SECOND wic place i’ve tried since i’ve moved here to Tennessee. And they’re no worst than the first WIC i tried. I DONT recommend this place at all!"
