"They are pretty good in this clinic, they care and they’re attentive. I came later when they’re closing out and my son may have a broken arm and they accommodated us the last minute. I wasn’t sure what time they stopped taking patients but they were very helpful. I want to personally thank, Kira, Treena & Megan at the front desk. Danny, the nurse who approved the X-ray and Dr. Sean Bray. I feel confident my children are in good hands. I’ll never forget this. Also want to send many thanks to Dr. Jennifer Mayer for being so thorough after explaining all my symptoms. She did everything she could to find out why I wasn’t feeling well. This is our go to clinic when we can’t be seen by our provider."

"I had a terrible experience at this place. Aside from the care, that is one thing they don’t do, both times that I had a visit there, I was overcharged, and when I tried to get a refund, once I was only successful to file a refund request which was supposed to be sent to me in 2 weeks. But haven’t heard and received anything for 4 months. Every time I called their billing department to get an update they said I have to wait, until one day they said the billing is now handed by some other firm and they can no longer give me any information! So I tried calling the new billing department which is apparently at the Wilma Rudolph location. They have only one person and she’s always “out today” and the days she’s supposed to be in, it always goes to voicemail and no one responds to voicemail! They have done everything for the past year to keep my money, which shouldn’t have taken from me in the first place!"

"My Husband had a injury to his knee and was put in a brace an sent home with crutches. It's been a couple weeks since his injury and still NO MRI. When he has called respectfully which by now he has every right to be upset there response is DUE to there LACK OF STAFFING and for some odd reason his file was put back they where still trying to work on scheduling him a MRI. At this point Doctor's Care is responsible for any future damage they maybe currently going on while he sits waiting a MRI."
