"If 0 stars was available, I would give it based off the experience my wife and daughter encountered. Our 11 y/o was seen there for a viral illness and had to be swabbed/tested to determine her condition. The aggressiveness of the swab; practically jamming through her nose resulted in a nose bleed is completely unacceptable. We addressed with the PA, but the lack of care toward a child patient is unacceptable and should result in that ladies termination."

"The receptionist is so rude!!! Turning patients away at 6pm with 2 in the waiting area, and the sign on the door says 8pm. When you walk in no greeting refuses to answer questions just says "sign in and have a seat I will call you when it's your turn" I asked for any paperwork that may need to be filled out and was told " just have a seat". Had my daughter not needed to be seen immediately, I would have left. NO COMPASSION FOR OTHERS DOES NOT CARE!!!! The worst customer service I have seen in a very long time!!! Seek care elsewhere!"

"Overall pretty disappointed with our experience at this urgent care location. Waited over 90 minutes to be called back. Once back the Dr. was good, saw my son quickly prescribed meds to our local pharmacy, but the person who put in the order entered incorrect insurance information with the pharmacy. After waiting 40 minutes at the pharmacy, which we went to immediately after leaving here, the pharmacy tech informed me they had to correct the insurance info and it would be another hour before the medicine would be ready. It shouldn't be too much to ask of the staff here to input the correct information so more of patients time is not wasted."

"Where do I start . Took my wife in to the Doctors Care on Madison Street at 1240 pm for an OJI consult. 4 people in the waiting room so thought this shouldn't be to bad a wait . Was immediately told it would be a 2 1/2 wait . Kinda stuck between a rock and a hard place , had to get it done , so the wait begins. None of the employees are cross trained , so at 2:00 pm the receptionist put a sign up stating at lunch back at 3:00 and just left the desk . Nobody manning the receptionist area. So we continued to sit and then the drug screen specialist went to lunch so we had to wait till she got back , so at 3:40 she finally got into the doctors waiting room and the wait continues. I understand short staffing , then cross training should apply . No one can perform anothers job . So here we are over 3 hours later still haven't seen the doctor , and we are 1 of many sitting here waiting . The City of Clarksville needs a new care provider as it's costing them time for employees sitting in a waiting room for hours to get checked . Horrible management of assets . My advice is to seek medical treatment elsewhere!!"

"I can say the problem with this location is the receptionist. She is very abrupt and not the least bit helpful in answering my questions. Actually very rude. The care by the doctors was great. So nice and helpful. After being there on a. Friday, I was supposed to call back and report effects of a medication. I could not get her to find any instructions for me on Sunday. Unfortunately, the doctor I saw was not working and won’t be until Oct. 26. There was no offer to check anything out with another staff member. Very disappointed. I need to know how to proceed."
