"Went in end of July to make my appointment for the next month. Went in August for my appointment. After getting set up, the employees talked a lot about my hair, but wouldn’t tell me anything. They looked concerned. Then, the manager came back over to me with a (over the nose & mouth) mask. She told me I had eggs, I explained that she could be mistaking my dandruff for eggs. But she insisted that they were eggs. So I was asked to leave the salon. Oddly enough before this, I NEVER used anyone else’s brush, or laid on anymore else’s pillow, etc. But I went and bought a lice product anyways. I had my father check my hair, he saw nothing. Suspicious, I went to another salon & made an appointment, and told them my situation. The new stylist told me that if I had eggs, she never would’ve colored my hair. So in the end, I spent less money somewhere else, and got a wonderful dye job. But the experience I had with this salon was THE WORST experience I’ve ever had in any salon. NEVER going back!"
