"I had an appointment yesterday and I was stuck in traffic and I called to let them know I would be late and the person told me that they would only wait 15 minutes and there was no way I’d make it in 15 minutes so they charged me $65 which is totally unfair. I’m a nurse and I couldn’t make it on time very disappointed"
