"Such a shady place to visit. They would do anything extra so they can charge your insurance provider and at the end let you know they don't work with that insurance anymore so they can charge you as a patient. Completely unprofessional service, visit them 2 times only and made me wait for over an hour each visit to finally be called in. Would never put a foot in there again."

"We were happy with dr melgosa for selveral years. We started with him when he started. However when my husband legitimately got Covid, was really sick, took a test that morning of his appointment and was positive he felt he should call in. When he did he was told he would be charged for cancellation of his appointment. My husband said not only was he too sick to come but he did not think he should come and infect anyone else. They said he either needed to come or he would be charged. This is not only unethical to expect a person to come spread Covid germs just because of money but unfeeling for a patient who needs to stay home and rest. We were very disappointed and we have not gone back. He did not purposely cancel his appointment and go play golf or something. This is so wrong."

"Per our conversation on the phone with Melissa (Jennifer in the background) I will be looking for another dentist because of the unprofessional staff at the front desk. Since your office staff will not allow me to book mine and my kids cleanings at the same time. We have stayed loyal clients to Dr. Melgosa and referring friends and family to him as well. Dr. Melgosa as a dentist has been phenomenal over the years however, the office staff not so much. My main complaint has always been with Jennifer. I feel there is a lot that Jennifer doesn’t do as for her position being the office manager, but if he is fine standing behind her and her actions, resulting in losing 5 patients then to each is own. This just shows that patient relationship means nothing. As for now word of mouth will affect potential new patients and current. I am saddened to not have his professional opinion anymore. I have been a loyal patient there since Dr. Melgosa took over from Dr. Decker. I asked for all four appointments to be booked in one set block just as before and now it’s an inconvenience. They continue to reschedule me and the kids without notice. It’s not until I receive an appointment confirmation that I know that our appointments have been changed. That defeats the whole purpose of setting future appointments during my last visit. This is the second time they have split mine and my kids’ appointments up without notification. I believe Jennifer is responsible to review patients’ policies and coverages which in the past I have had issues due to her negligence there as well I have received surprised bills in the past. When I go to the specialist such as orthro or Endodontists they are able to give me an exact total without all the unprofessional behavior. Its unfortunate that Dr. Melgosa must settle for such an employee that represents his business in such an unprofessional manner who can’t even provide accurate information. I know Dr. Melgosa may not receive this so I will be posting this as a review online. Since I did ask to speak with Dr. Melgosa directly and I was told by the front desk (Melissa and Jennifer) that he doesn’t talk to the patients directly."

"Dr Melgosa was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He addressed all of my problem areas without being overwhelming. His office personnel, including front desk, hygienists and back office, were kind and friendly.The office is clean, modern and well equipped. I feel confident being a patient of Dr Melgosa."

"I am always very nervous at the Dentist. Dr. Melgosa and his staff really helped me feel comfortable. The rooms are private, so you aren’t overwhelmed by the drills, etc you usually hear in a dental office. Dr. Melgosa has a great bedside manner. I am almost excited to return for my next cleaning!"
