"Yeah although I heard complaints about this place, I though I'd give it chance, but now I'm going back to what my family is more comfortable with. If you are in passive mode and don't look into your insurance and or how it is charged, or don't mind being charged a lot you can afford it, and want okay care it's a good place for you. I'm more comfortable talking my family where the service given is more concerned for the patients comfort and care then they are about their comfort as they provide service. Also, why we left I wanted my money to go to service that provides great care. I also don't care to go to dental offices that see we have great insurance only too drain it by adding extra stuff. I worked in a great dental office before who also cared for my large family, I know how it works. They retired and we moved so that why we were looking. You will have better choices outside Los Banos."

"My partner stayed with this dental group for years. All they want is money. When your dentist acknowledges you need a root canal and a cavity filled and makes you wait 6 months to do the root canal and a year for a filling (meaning that cavity has progressed to another root canal already) they arent doing their job to better you- they're in it for themselves. Its ridiculous and outrageous. Debating on contacting management for their behavior as it is out of line."

"The staff at Sierra Dental gives a friendly smile when your go for your first few visits. Then they become impatient and charge your insurance for services not performed. The front receptionist is very rude. I had to cancel and reschedule my visits for a month due to Covid. I lost time from work and pay which caused me to have financial difficulties paying for my final payment and dental work. They are holding a grudge against me for all of my cancellations. I guess I'm not allowed to have personal issues get in the way of them recieving payment so they cancelled my daughters deep cleaning and said that she already had it and charged insurance for this service that was not provided. If I keep the appointment I may have to pay out of pocket now. Just another reason to make me pay more than I have. I am hesitant to go back considering the way I have been treated by they receptionist. Awaiting a call back from management. Hoping this can get resolved. I will update the result after my appointment. I hope Sierra Dental can have a change of heart and understand that people are struggling during this inflation period in our economy."
