"Went there yesterday for 3 of us. I was the only one getting an acrylic set. My two family members were getting gel manicures. We called ahead of time to reserve our spots. Long story short, I went last and actually was never sat down to get my nails done. People who walked in were sat before me. Even the ones that were told to return in 30 minutes went ahead. I was curious to see how long they would ignore me. The moment my goddaughter was done and I said I was going to pay her bill and leave was when they said, "I just finished with her, I can take you now". No thank you, and make them sit another hour waiting for me to finish my nails? Momo who was my nail tech isn't there anymore. Extremely sad because she was awesome with her nail designs. They wouldn't tell me where she went to work either."

"I had horrible service today with a dip added tip done by Hannah. Shape was not nice and lumpy, she got upset when I had to go back in after paying because I noticed a nail had very visible white specks. The flowers were done by a new employee and it was not very pleasant."

"TERRIBLE experience my sister is in the marines and can never have her nails done and for the first time in years she was excited to get her nails done only for her to get her cuticles cut. She paid 75$ and when I went back with her they did not want to give her a refund and then the lady at the front desk said she could fix her nails, as if that was the problem, but she cut her skin open. I only got 20$ back; extremely rude and unprofessional. She did not take her time, was rushing it. It was expensive and she did NOT do a good job. DO NOT COME HERE!!"

"My nails look great! Everyone was very nice and the place was beautiful. I would recommend bringing cash, as the place is a bit expensive. It was definitely more than I am used to, but it was still worth it. I don't get my nails done often, but I am sure that I will be going back at some point."

"This place may have many creative nail options, but is your very typical rush you in, rush you out service for way over priced quality. We will not be returning. My nails peeled on day 6 and my daughter’s broke on day 4. That clump on my thumb is acrylic."
