"I was a patient back in 2018, but had to switch dentist because I moved away. I recently moved back, I called to be seen again and the receptionist gave me a date in January - no problem. But my problem is that a friend of mine called shortly after and apparently there was availability sooner than January, IF you are an existing patient. So new patients get the short end of the stick or was i given a later date because I HAD to switch dentists and returning? Doesn’t seem fair to me."
"Very unprofessional staff, scheduled an appointment as a new client and had a wonderful dentist and when making my appointment For treatment I was told the dentist I had originally been screened with was gone for the next year. Was passed off to another dentist which I’ve never met, told I had to have a deep cleaning (more $$) when I requested a cleaning only they deny treatment unless you have a deep cleaning first, which Inwas not comfortable with. Place is a major insurance scam!"
