Thanks to Gloria at Western Dental she said that I can get my braces and while I have them they can extract my teeth, instead of waiting. The staff here are very helpful, kind, and honest. Thanks to them I have my braces and now my teeth are straightening, and I love my smile."

"Utterly Incompetent and Disrespectful - Zero Stars Deserved I had a dental extraction appointment scheduled for November 09, 2023, at 12:30 pm at Western Dental. Regrettably, my experience with their service has been an absolute nightmare. After enduring multiple delays and a lack of organization, at 3:53 pm, they finally called me into a room. However, to my disbelief, I was immediately informed that I hadn't received an X-ray yet, and they asked me to return to the lobby to wait for the X-ray procedure. This level of incompetence and disregard for my time is beyond comprehension. Throughout this entire ordeal, Western Dental has shown a consistent pattern of unprofessionalism, miscommunication, and utter disrespect for their patients. It is abundantly clear that they lack the fundamental ability to manage appointments and provide even the most basic level of care. Based on the distressing sequence of events I have experienced today, I strongly advise against seeking dental care at Western Dental. Their complete ineptitude and lack of respect for patients' time and well-being are utterly unacceptable. If it were possible, I would give them zero stars for their abysmal performance."

"Check the 1* Yelp reviews before you plan to make an appointment. I had a very long wait in the office, more than an hour. The receptionist was not friendly or helpful. After waiting an hour she told me that it would be 30 more minutes and that they were people in front of me. And they were only three people waiting, and they came in after me. It's a shame that there is no customer service. No one cares here whether you're waiting or not or how long. They don't santize their equipments or dental supplies. My best friend also had same experience, had to wait 1 hour before able to get into see the dentist. Just walk out if you need to wait that long and find another dentist."
