"Not a very welcoming and friendly environment. Girl who did my X-rays was super nice but then when I was moved to the dental part of the business it was super uncomfortable and was very exposed to others who are getting work done there too. The dentist was unwelcoming and rude and the staff was very unprofessional as well. The girl at the desk scared me into signing a document I didn’t want to sign by saying if I didn’t get a the treatment they recommended done that my teeth would eventually fall out. Decided to take my business elsewhere."

"Western Dental is horrible. Especially this office . They never answer the phone and you just get transferred to the customer service center. The customer service center can't get through to them either. I've been trying for 3 weeks to speak to a live person at this specific office!! I have 4 impacted wisdom teeth and need a referral and have no way to speak to someone at the office. I live over an hour away and can't drive there since I work and go to school full time. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE FOR WEEKS! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER CANT EVEN REACH THEM. I NEED A REFERRAL FOR EMERGENCY SURGERY AND CANT REACH THE OFFICE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!"

"I was sent a form offering a discount for paying off their high price services if by a certain date. Lo and behold they changed the offer though form stated different. My book that’s bait and switch. The work I got was marginal at best but charge as if high end. Takes advantage of those with no insurance. Avoid using them or you will be like me a regret it. People who answer the phone are not pleasant and rude"

"The office is sometimes hard to reach but after seeing the dentist, I was happy with my dental exam and my treatment.plan. The office manager was beyond helpful when planning my work and my finances. I recommend them highly! Update !! today I went in for part of my treatment plan I have now met two of the dentist and I can't say enough how much I appreciate them and like them, especially the dental assistant Kim who makes me feel at ease when I go. I am someone that suffers from PTSD severe anxiety and depression and if I can go into that office and feel good about a visit you all should be lining up to see them!"

"Doctor took the time to adjust my retainers accordingly. Service was fast and was admitted quickly. The receptionist also helped assist me with scheduling my next visit and she was so sweet! Over all satisfied!"
