"Made an online appointment to get myself birthday ready and arrived right on my scheduled time. Took time out of my work day to go get this errand done. When I arrived, the door was locked and I had to call 4 different numbers to get an answer. Kinjal finally responded and said that she had stayed home with her kids and had contacted her other appointments but "misread mine and forgot to call me". I understand life coming up and needing to close but this is just unprofessional and bad business practice to not call your clients. And I wish I could believe her when she said this "doesn't usually happen" but if you read other reviews on Yelp, this has also happened to other people. Looks like this is a regular occurrence for her. Don't waste your time, take your business elsewhere to somewhere reliable. Wish I wouldn't have driven in the pouring rain just to turn back."

"Kinjal has been threading my eyebrows for about 2 years now and I hope she threads my eyebrows for life. Im really thankful I was able to find a threading shop like Just Perfect because Ive been getting my eyebrows threaded for about 5-6 years now at different places and before going to Kinjal, my eyebrows were always too thin, inconsistent, and had horrible shape. But ever since Ive found this place, Ive never looked back. I cannot exaggerate how perfect my eyebrows come out everytime, This place is a godsend!!!!"
