She has the latest in high-tech imaging that makes a crown a breeze. With digital radiography, X-rays are quick and easy. Caitlyn is my favorite hygienist there, but they are all really great. It’s a quiet, nice and clean office."

Here’s my experience—Dr Chinnam’s staff are welcoming from the moment you are greeted in the waiting area. When you’re brought back to the examination area, the vibe is relaxed and welcoming. The music is current and not elevator music The hygienists are friendly and gentle and not scolding. It’s an all women practice (love supporting women owned businesses) and everyone truly seems to enjoy being together and in the office tending to the patients. I’ve been a patient of Dr Chinnam’s for six years and I’ve received excellent care. I’ve had a lot of dental work over my lifetime and I’ve never felt as comfortable in the chair as I’ve felt in Dr Chinnam’s office."

"Dr. Chrinnam's office is too busy to provide timely care or even a modicum of decent customer service to their patients. I missed an appointment and was added to a waiting list. Little did I know that the way they manage their wait-list is to text blast everyone, and the first to respond gets the opening- in this case, there were 80 patients on the list. What's wrong with this picture? I've been waiting since the end of October. Given this system, someone who just missed an appointment yesterday could take the opening. There is ZERO consideration given to how long you have been waiting. Basically, it's a game show- whoever hits the buzzer first wins. And why do they have 80 patients waiting anyway? They are clearly over booked and under staffed, and they're Hunger-Games style lottery favors she who is attached to her phone, rather than serving she who has been waiting the longest. I can't imagine what they're process is if you actually have an emergency or urgent need. You probably have to lineup early like a Black Friday sale and fight for that hot item. This is VERY unprofessional and caters to the workload of the staff, rather than considering the needs of the patient."
