"The owner was very efficient. She did my silk press(wife speaking) in 45 min. The only issue was going to wash my hair a couple weeks later and smelling nothing but chemicals and my curl pattern not returning! After calling to inquire why my hair will not curl back and why I smell chemicals, she answers with, “Oh your hair was just straightened really well.” 8 months since utilizing her services and my hair is 2 different textures. I have what looks to be permanent straight patches all throughout my hair. The VERY least she could’ve done was have shame and own the mistake. But as a customer paying for a specific service, why should I be owed that right?! Never again. It really be your own people."

"I called to set up an appointment with someone for braids. Someone answered and when I started my first sentence she interrupted me by saying they're closed then proceeded to answer my question. Weird. I couldn't quite understand what she was saying because of the connection. She was speaking in that fake nice tone but rudely rushed me off the phone after telling me I could find the stylist somewhere else, then hung up in the middle of me asking her where I could find stylist she suggested."

"My appointment was scheduled for 6pm. I arrived early and she stated to me in a loud tone, oh you are early. I said yes; she must have thought I was going to leave, she then yelled oh don't go anywhere I will be ready for you soon. When I got in her chair, she used a large tooth comb to rake it through my hair and she keep poking my scape with this comb. She was also on the bluetooth with someone the whole time while working with me. she gave me a bad hair cut and cut it way too short, she talk down to me, really I felt like crying. Very rude..."

"My hair appointment was scheduled for 1PM. I get to the door and its locked so I called to see what was going on. She answers and say" yes sorry I'm at a barbeque". So my question is why didnt she have the courtesy to call or text me that she would be late to my SCHEDULED appt?? That is bad business and she will not get a dime from me.theres not to many black owned businesses around here, but she is giving the rest of us a bad name! UNACCEPTABLE"
