"So me and my girlfriend decided to book a 3 bedroom cabin this year. I have stayed with this company for years in the past and everything was excellent. Unfortunately this time was different as far as our stay. It was our anniversary and once we arrived everything was on point as far as service and the cabin in general until we decided to go to bed. At first glance the beds were standard feeling but after about 4 hours of sleep they became bricks. We suffered through the first night and woke up at 4 am to finally use the couch and recliner to finish sleeping. Now after a frustrating sleepless night and our backs hurting all day we returned back to the cabin about 9pm. I called the service desk and the night shift customer service was awesome. They quickly offered another cabin but after feeling the other bed offered we declined due to it wasn’t worth moving everything so late for a bed that was just as bad. We unfortunately slept on the couch and recliner the second night and were told that an email was sent to the day shift to resolve the issue upon checkout. Now I never asked for a discount or a refund but did expect an apology or something but no kind words or even an understanding that I did not even get to sleep in the same bed with my girlfriend for our anniversary the whole weekend due to the cheap and uncomfortable beds. As you can imagine no sleep doesn’t mix well with romance and loyalty means nothing to this company if they higher people who don’t care like the day shift lady who just asked if I was checking out while I was telling her what had happened."

"Our family has visited here for over 25 yrs! My office even has visited for team retreats. Fam owned and operated-AMAZING service, clean luxurious cabins w views! Very minor water issue today and they fixed the issue fast and efficiently!! Impressed! Our family’s been making memories here a long time and will certainly continue !!"

"Oh man, where do I begin? Checking in with the ladies up front was simple and easy! We came to TN for Christmas and found us a cute cabin here at Oak Haven Resort! We had a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin with a jacuzzi and a game room. It was nice and cozy and I can’t wait to come back next year!"
