"Well I arrived to look at mattresses, and I was greeted by Joshua… right away I felt comfortable and happy that I chose the right place! We chatted a minute, he made me laugh, and he went on to ask about my needs. He then showed me options and explained the differences of each. I was able to sit and lay on each mattress to find my comfort level. We discussed price with no pressure and he let me have time to make my choice.
