"I know if you look at the pictures you see a lot of my nails, i had the same experience as some of you guys with the pulling off the nails and the man being rude but i love this place and they have amazing costumer service. They only pull off your nails because thats a way to get them off simple and easy. I honestly went to a different nail place for a while and then i realized how much i missed this place because they don't only do your nails they become your friends too. I also get my lip and eyebrows waxed here and i always thought it would hurt but they are very gentle even the man is you just have to communicate with them."
"My daughter and I have short natural nails. I hoping for dip manicures but ended up with gel. Apparently you need a little bit longer nails for dip. (Which is okay, maybe next time.) The staff was nice. They did a great job. I just wanted our nails nice for Christmas with our family. Will update review to tell how well the gel held up."
