"Laid back vibe. Hong, the owner is awesome. She has been taking care of me, and most of the ladies in my family, for years. Always does a great job and even if you don't have an appointment, she can squeeze you in most likely."
"I got an acrylic nail fill. The sign says $40. The job was well done. As my nails were being worked on, the tech (owner) was taking calls. She got annoyed how people call and ask for prices... I could tell and she vented to me. She then proceeded to tell me that if people want good work, then they need to pay more money. Ok I understand that, but after she finished, she charged me $45, and just stated that she had to do extra work on my nails, and next time she would only charge $40. The way she said it gave me the impression she does this regularly. I would have appreciated her telling me that as my nails were being done."
"I'm from out of state and after coming to this place I wish I lived closer. I used to get my nails done biweekly for yrs but since having kids I rarely have time to go anymore so this was the first time in a long time that I've gotten my nails done and first time here. The owners are so welcoming and friendly. One did my pedicure and the other did my nails. Conversation was great and we all shared stories of our families and about our cultures. Their prices are very affordable and the service is amazing. I cannot recommend this place enough because it's an absolute gem. Next time I'm in California I'll definitely go to this place."

"My mom has been going to Lakewood for years. A few years ago she had a stroke so she has difficulty walking. They are absolutely wonderful with her here. They make her smile and are very accommodating. Their rates are affordable and their work is wonderful. We always enjoy our time with them."
