"No stars honestly. I’m very dissatisfied with this service. A few months ago and was the last time I went to go get my nails done. I went to this place to receive a pedi and set . I was always eager to get a reservation and set up an appointment, always was interested in getting my nails done at the spot.. the woman that served me I forgot her name, had seemed rushed even with an appointment. A few days after receiving the service, on one finger, the fake nail started to come off my nail, and then I went back in to get it fixed and it shortly did the same thing after, and I just chose not to go back. After that I’ve had an infection ingrown nail and a hang nail, and I just received antibiotics from my doctor to hopefully get my finger back to normal. I just hope that this place sterilizes their equipment And takes more time with their customers."

"I unfortunately had a really bad experience here a couple weeks ago. I called before I came in to see if they had availability for a walk in (full set and pedicure) and they said come in. When I arrived the woman who ended up doing my nails was sitting on the couch on her phone and someone else got me checked in and seated. She then came over to start my nails, I tried to explain I wanted coffin nails with a French tip in glitter and matching glitter for my toes. Language barrier was fine, I assumed everything was good when she agreed she could do it. She started with only applying one nail tip and not trimming my nails to put the other tips on. I had to explain a few more times I wanted fake nails on top of my real nails and someone else stepped in to explain to her. She then added tips to all my fingers, trimmed them to length, and then for some reason, took a pair of Scissors and started cutting my nail into a coffin shape instead of just filing it. This would have been fine, but my nails looked absolutely botched after and were completely different from one another, not to mentioned she dug the Scissors into my quick under my nails on every single finger. I pulled away several times because it was so painful and there was blood. Then when filing my nails with the drill she clipped my cuticles on almost every finger. Some of the tips were applied weirdly so they angled up and I asked her to fix them and it took a minute for her to agree. I probably should've just left at this point, but I assumed she just had an odd way of doing things. The woman doing my pedicure was great, a bit older, very kind, and did a wonderful job. However, I was left with swollen bloody fingers and honestly one of the worst sets I've ever gotten. Nails were all off center, lifted after a week, and I'm just waiting at this point for the rest to fall off so I can try another salon. I had heard this place was good, and they must have good nail techs, but it was just really lazy subpar work and I won't be coming back unfortunately. I hope they retrain her so she can do better for future clients."

"Made a last minute appointment for today. They squeezed me in for mani and pedi. Very clean and nice people. Wanted a sunflower on one finger and they did not disappoint at all. Very impressed and already made an appointment to get a fill with Nelson next month."
