The crowns that I’ve gotten done by Doctor Fernandez, I have no complains what so ever. He was very informative since I had large medal filling I experienced sensitivity but they were always attentive and made the time to look and make sure everything was okay. "I came in after a long time of not going in to a dental office. I was really scared because before I had had read bad experiences. But the experience I had with the entire staff was just wonderful. From the beginning the front desk was wonderful and accommodating with my schedule, and finding a time that worked out for me. She kept in touch with with reminding me about my appointment and making sure that I would forget since this is something that tends to happen to me. And then when I got in just explained everything with my insurance and the way it worked. Just wonderful. There hygienist was great as well I was really scared, again because I hadn’t been in in such a long time, but she made my time in the chair feel at complete ease. She did a wonderful job and my teeth feel really clean. And I really appreciated the time she took to explain to me the proper way to brush a floss many don’t take the time to do so. When it was time for my exam I was nervous because I know that I have a lot of things to fix in my mouth but Doctor Torres was so kind and explained everything that I need in a way were we would go by priorities and she really made me feel at comfort and peace. Really I would like to say thank you to the entire staff for making my visit feel special and just treating me with respect and kindness.
