"Rooms are clean and comfortable. Service was great. They went above and beyond. Breakfast was a nice complement. Overall it’s really a nice place to stay!"

"Location was close to wedding venue and we used the room as a staging area for the wedding party to get ready. The room was okay, decor needs some updating though. The lobby smelled of cigarette smoke unfortunately. Additionally was a little taken back when told at check in that they don't usually allow locals to book since they have had issues with false credit cards (temporary debit cards) being used to reserve, pay for incidentals and cover damage to room. To me, that makes me feel like maybe less reputable folks may frequent this particular hotel."

"Booked ahead of time and then was told they had no availability when we arrived. They eventually “upgraded” us to a suite that was SO visibly dirty. It was like someone and their child and dog had lived there and all they did was go in and change sheets and clean the bathroom. There was sticky dirty kids hand prints smeared all over the window, window seals, doors, walls, fridge door, cabinets etc. there was pieces of dog food in the floor, a kids sock in the floor, a kids toy in the pull out bed, McDonald’s cup lids and straws in the floor, the cushions on the sofa were DISGUSTING, the room had a bad smell to it. There was crumbled up food of some kind inside the cabinets. Just gross. I used a whole pack of wipes just wiping surfaces so that we could feel comfortable enough to even stay in the room. All of these things could’ve and should’ve been taken care of by housekeeping. I’m not one to be dramatic but as soon as we opened the door we could see how dirty it was in there. ESPECIALLY the window. Sure as hell not an “upgrade” from anything. The only good thing I could say about our room is that I did not see any bugs. After seeing how poor of a job the housekeeping does, we decided not to even consider trying their breakfast. Yuck."

"Room STUNK. Noticeably! Breakfast choices were NOT plentiful. No fresh fruit, nothing hot unless you wanted a waffle,coffee was horrible. Left a lot to be desired. No amenities in bathroom. What little was in vending machine was overpriced. Not someplace I will use again."

"Absolutely fantastic stay. The staff were very kind, the room was very clean and the breakfast room had some great waffles. There's a really nice pool, a laundry area, really nice place. I've made reservations at other hotels for ADA accessible rooms, and the rooms were never available when I arrived. This was the only hotel that actually had that type of room available for me."
