"2/5/24:Soo first time at this one and things go ok. Have me wait int he car while they do the oil change. Four days later I see an oil spot in my parking spot when I come back from the day. I thought it was someone else who used my spot but the next morning there is a larger spot and it's my car leaking. On 2/10/24 I take it to them and they say someone spelt oil but so they cleaned it up. Next morning there is still another spot under my car and they broke something but didn't tell me either!!! Its for the air intake and it was just sitting like this!!! They didn't say anything!!!! This is the second time there has been a leak days after going to a jeffy lube. I know it's leaking from the filter but I'm sure they won't change it out without charging me for what they missed up on like the last jeffy lube did. I'm just going to drive to see if oil light comes on, by then the engine will break and when it does I'm going to sue jeffy lube and I have a dash cam so I know who worked on it. 2/13/24: soo didn't yesterday so there was no leak but I start it up today and I have video now of it just leaking at the filter!! No other oil around it but just the filter and when I check the dipstick it's down about 2 qts or so. I'm not going to email them I want an answer here, just a straight up answer of "we will fix the issue at no cost and we will refund you money." Right now I'm supposed to be driving for lyft but I can't do that because of this. So this is costing me money. Ohh I will also have to go buy a qt or two just so my engine doesn't get damaged so thats money I can't get reimbursed for."

"Very Friendly staff. Came in for an oil change on a rainy day for my Audi A5 coupe. Took about 40 min. They took care of it. Was decently priced about $100 for 5 qts of oil and filter with $20 coupon. Topped off my coolant which was nice of them. No spills very clean work. I definitely recommend this place. I will return."

"Took company truck in that is a fleet lease from enterprise with maintenance service, charged 47.99 and 49.99 for cabin and engine air filters and did not change them . Update, they did take off the filters and tire rotation, pleased with that, not that it was my money, but my first time here, and this happened. All I can think is how often does this go unnoticed to normal person that doesn’t have a clue. You can say accidentally happened but I can’t believe it just happened to be me. I feel sorry for someone trying to make ends meet and this would happen to them."
