"Worst Tesla service center ever. Brought my model S in for 4 issues but they only fixed one out of 4. On the invoice they claimed that they fixed 3/4 issues and billed Tesla for it. They are scamming Tesla motors by invoicing Tesla for work not done. Worst part, they put 25 miles on my vehicle claiming it was for a test drive. Which service center drives 25 miles for a test drive?!?! And here’s how I caught them, the drive mode on my S was set to INSANE when I drove the vehicle off their lot. I always set my mode to chill. And I know 100% it was on chill when I dropped of the vehicle for service. Looks like one of their employees was using my S for a joy ride. I’m dealing directly with Tesla corporate about this incompetent service center. Look at the photos of the tail light to body/trim gap that they claimed it was fixed. Does it look fixed??"
