"This is a GREAT spot to stay in Nashville! The place is beautiful and people there are really cool and good vibes! It was a great stay and I'm coming back lol. About a 10 minute walk to Broadway but I walk fast. Its a great location imo."

"Very nice condo. Room pictures and advertising show balconies in the rooms. There Is not one in every room. No place to store luggage when you get into town early. They said they Offered early check-in, but was denied to us, even though I called ahead two weeks. The facility was not crowded so not sure why we were denied. Customer service was very easy to deal with, And offered compensation for the no balcony issue. Pool area was gorgeous. The worst part about this place was the construction going on accross the street starting at 7 AM every day so you got no sleep. If it was not because of the construction I would stay here again."

"I enjoyed staying here a lot. It was well located and the room had so many more amenities than you’d get at a hotel. They were very communicative and gave great instructions. The unit was quiet, clean, and spacious."

"Modern, nice apartment in "The Gulch" within walking distance (16-17 minutes) to downtown bars/events. E-Scooters also available for transport. Garage parking expensive ($30/day). Apartment was relatively clean and comfortable. Keurig and starter pods were available. Beds very comfortable. Rooftop pool/hot tub and rec area great when weather is cooperative. Try to avoid apartments facing the highway... a bit noisy."

"I stayed at the 805 Division Street apartment in Nashville. The location was so convenient to downtown for business, but it was a relaxed setting that I wish I could have stayed longer. Very comfortable and nicely appointed. The unit is near I-65 but any road noise was not troubling and easy to sleep through. The place was terrific and I would definitely come back."
