"Our recent stay offered a genuinely convenient and homey experience that made us feel right at home from the moment we stepped in. The inclusion of a washer and drier in the accommodation was a significant plus for us, ensuring our stay was as comfortable and convenient as possible. While the mattress was on the firmer side, which might not be to everyone's liking, it wasn't a dealbreaker for us. The overall warmth and comfort of the place have us already thinking about our next stay. Definitely a spot we'd return to without a second thought!"

"Excellent location for our visit at Vanderbilt. Apartment was very homey and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Only issue is master bedroom is on the street side which meant occasional sirens and loud cars were heard during the night."

"The reservation process was easy, but they don't tell you that parking is $30 per night until later on. They do everything by text or phone, and wait until the day of check-in before sending the text that gives numerous pictures and instructions on how to get in. In our case, someone dropped the ball and forgot to send the text until last minute. Here we were, circling the block over and over, with the setting sun in our eyes...trying to see the phone screen with glare on it, and trying to navigate through the process. The instructions said for your "driver" to pull into the entrance alleyway and put your hazard lights on while you run over to a box and retrieve the key fob that will get you into the parking garage. Problem is, I'm physically disabled and my husband "driver" could not be 2 places at once. So he parks in the alleyway, blocking it, while furious apartment dwellers were honking their horns, etc. It was a nightmare. Once in, there were no written instructions, etc. Just a big QR code on a plackard on the kitchen counter. The apartment, itself, was very nice, although the mattress was really hard. (think plywood with an inch of memory foam on top) My advice is to make this process a little friendlier for disabled or older people who may not be as text/QR code savvy. If you don't, you'll alienate a segment of your demographic."

"The location was near Vanderbilt university and near downtown. No it was not a terrible location but was not the best. I wish the apartment smelled clean and good and not as it did. The apartment was huge and beautiful and so was the furniture but needed to be cleaned more thoroughly and smelling good. The kitchen had awesome amenities and the bedrooms were great. Bedding was great as well as the pillows. The tv in the living room was great and everything pretty much worked as it should. It felt like a college dorm apartment building. Other than that for the price, it was good! Thank you!"

"We stayed in Nashville in Midtown. Location was perfect. Walkable to centennial park and too many restaurants and bars to name! Easy access to interstate. Directions for parking and use of amenities was clear and concise. Apartment was clean and ready on time. Any questions were answered promptly. Excellent customer service. Parking was very tight for our location. Better for small cars. But the area was well lit and safe."
