"Hotel was clean and pretty quiet considering packed house with some lovely youth sports teams. Front desk Anna Beth was so helpful considering how extremely busy they were and managing the place pretty much all alone! Hot breakfast buffet was good!"

"This hotel is one of the worst Hampton Inns that I've stayed at. First, we were greeted by the front desk lady then lectured about drinking in the lobby. We didn't have any alcohol yet still had to listen to a lecture. We also were made to sign a code of conduct since we were there with a sports team. Ridiculous. There were 2 elevators. Only one worked and was extremely slow. This is all before we got to the room. Once there we found that the pull out bed didn't have a blanket. The front desk told us they dont have any blankets. The whole hotel has no blankets. My daughter froze the whole night. The front desk employees didnt care at all. The second night was more of the same. This time all the blankets were in the wash. Absolutely terrible customer service. Finally, we asked for a later checkout since we had some animals. We were told they dont do late checkout for sports teams. Every single member of our team had major issues with the rooms, from broken equipment to outlets pushing back into the wall when used. 12 rooms and every single one had issues. I will never stay here again or recommed this property. TL;DR - Abysmal customer service, broken equipment, and very dated rooms. Dont stay here."

"This hotel is getting old whereas others are improving. The rugs on the hallway are smelly and the elevator needs work, the bathroom of the room is so compacted, the TV channel is limited to a few. The only good side is that the employees are nice crew. But Hilton will need to get this hotel renovated completely for its guest/patrons"

"We were traveling through Nashville and have always enjoyed Hampton Inn and have a puppy so new this would be pet friendly. When asked the "total" fee I was given a price. The checkin gal was friendly and our room was clean. Caroline checked us out at 5:30 a.m. and apparently we disrupted her sleep as she definitely woke up on the wrong side of the bed. This person does NOT belong in customer service. She literally yelled at us when we questioned the absorbent $75 pet fee above what I was quoted when I made the initial reservation. We tried to explain we are happy to pay a pet fee as we clearly have a pet, however; we were not given that amount and she very loudly told us we were lying and every person taking reservations tells us about the additional pet fee. You may want to check the "call that may be recorded" as we were not. Caroline needs a job where she does not deal with the public. Rude is one thing - she was pathetic!!!!!!!!! Almost to the point of feeling threatened"

"When we chose your hotel we went by the rating and photos. Once we arrived we saw that it was dirty. I drove to the local drug store to buy beach cleaner for the shower mold. It was everywhere. The ceiling was also a concern in one area and was peeling and cracked. I have photos. I had to call the front desk the first night for new sheets because the sheets had gross spots. The next day we bought a blanket for the bed to avoid the sheets. I am very dissatisfied and will never stay there again. For the $$ I paid on a week day stay I feel ripped off. The hotel was dirty and needs to be maintained regularly. With the amount of competition in Tennessee, I am shocked you would let it get so run down. Ripped Off and Disappointed…Cami Gomez"
