"At the check-in desk, there are two signs posted about service animals. I let the staff member know that a service animal was with us and they immediately asked an illegal question. I tried to explain the legalities, and even pulled up the website they had framed on their wall. The staff member was rude to me and then proceeded to call two different managers. I could hear both managers on the phone who were repeating to ask illegal questions and were also rude, so I resorted to calling the local police station to explain the legalities to them. The uniformed officer asked the staff member to read the website I had pulled up as it would provide the correct information on what they could and couldn't ask. I never met any managers and no apologies were given, so I followed up with corporate so they could rectify the situation. Corporate apologized and stated that the hotel manager claimed to have resolved the situation. I never heard from anyone at this location about how they treated us and how they asked questions that are illegal to ask about service animals. If you have a service animal, don't stay here."

"The employee was much more concerned about her personal phone call on her iPhone than checking me into a room. She seemed upset that she had to be bothered to provide any service."

"I would not suggest staying here as there are many better options nearby. This is NOT your typical Best Western Inn and will hopefully be removed from their listings. The building is old, the breakfast is not very good and the food is of marginal quality. The property appears to be used by contractors and service personnel working in the Spring Hill area and they keep earlier hours, so you may hear doors slammed earlier in the morning as they depart for work. In other words, DO NOT STAY HERE."

"I'm conflicted on this review. I like the location, its outside appearance, and the sweet women checking me in and out. I didn't like the room (dated, smelly) or the price. The price was $220 for 1 night. It was located on the first floor, which we liked, but the room needs updates. Specifically, it smelled like mildew or stale water at times. The cabinets in the bathroom were a wreck: broken, ajar and filthy. The carpet needs to go. On the counter in the bathroom was list of prices for items in case I felt the urge to steal the hairdryer, sheets, towels etc. While I understand management's frustrations with such issues, please know it is a turnoff for the customers you want to attract. As a result, I cannot recommend this property. We saw other places we would have preferred to stay."

"For the amount of money I spent on the room I was really expecting a better experience. The detachable wand was missing from the shower, there were cobwebs in the room, the dial on the wall in the bathroom the operates the heat needs to be replaced, just to name a few things. Not sure why the lobby doors get locked and guests can't access the lobby after a certain hour."
