Streaks Salon

"Purchased my wife a gift card in October for her Birthday. She called to make an appointment and they said they would call her back with some availability. We had an upcoming trip, and she wanted it done prior.( A week or so in advance should have been enough I would have thought.) A few days went by, and no call back. She called again and they said the same thing. Another day goes by and then I call. NOTHING . Same answer. She went somewhere else at this stage. We forgot about it and now it's December. I went in and asked for a refund. The woman behind the counter did not seemed surprised, like it happens all the time. Told me they were short staffed, the workers are self employed and it really comes down to them accepting the job or not etc etc... Excuse after excuse. They offered to schedule her now (really! ?) or refund the $. We opted for the $ in full. Really piss poor service and business model at this place. No accountability for the services they provide and customer service is not just lacking ,but rather non existent. I can't see how this place is in business let alone getting these stellar reviews. The private contractor thing is not working out for them."

"My stylist is Candie Guerra and she is a top notch pro. Absolutely accommodating and doesn't waste my time. My hair has never been healthier. I always get highlights and it's always done how I like it. Been with her for four years now. So happy I found her after moving here from Upstate NY."
