"The $200 nightmare cut. Came in with shoulder-skimming hair and a photo of me in my preferred style: shoulder length with long bangs. Said I want a shape-up to keep that style. Without saying otherwise he cut. And cut. Then blew out into a short one-dimensional bob—a bowl cut— again with no comment re why this was the polar opposite of what I requested. $200. Seriously, no vision or talent. Should have refused to pay. Worst haircut ever."
