"The first room was extremely dirty. The air smelled, it was supposed to be a nonsmoking room, but it reeked of cigarettes. The bathroom was dirty, not even cleaned from the previous guests, with hair in the tub. The floors had visible dirt on them. The microwave and refrigerator were both visibly dirty! We were able to get another room and it was better. The floor still had visible dirt and the bathroom was better, but could have been cleaner. This room did not smell like the other one."

"Room was not cleaned — dirt visible all over the floor. The room smelled like pot. The cheap owners hide the ice machine behind their front desk and refused to give ice at 6:50 in the morning. Stay away from this place at all cost!"

"Very disrespectful people my son used washable crayons in the bath tub that wipes clean with water and rag I was demanded to come pay 100 dollars which isn't what the room even cost for the night of some clean her room. I explain the her all she had to do was spray the cleaning spray and water and it would wash right away. She then told me she was putting me in jail. I don't recommend staying here for any reason ever. seems pretty lazy they don't want to clean the room because they would have to use cleaning spray. Sleep in your car before here."

"They were very disrespectful to customers. In ove a week I hardly got any sleep due to them allowing customers to beat on walls and slam doors at 2,3,4 am in the morning. Was charged $50 a day for 2 pets then made to pay for a double room because of the dogs. I an 53 this is the worst hotel I've ever seen go half a mile to super 6 half the price more respect. Have traveled this country never been in a worst hotel"

"Used to love it here, the past few times we've been though, they've been very rude and changed the price on us every time, they told us not to book on Priceline because they could do it cheaper, an even $60.. so we did that the VERY NEXT DAY and had them charge us $70 even though we specifically mentioned that. They do it every time and the cleanliness has gotten progressively worse. The last time we went will STAY The Last Time, because we got to the room and it hadn't been cleaned AT ALL from the last people who were in it!!! My husband refused to complain because she complained to him saying we left the room "a mess" when we overslept right through checkout time and hurriedly ran out the door. Yes, it was left a little bit messier than normal, but I'm talking so insignificant it's ridiculous. I wanted so badly to complain in return about our uncleaned room, but he was embarrassed because of how she had acted like we left it in shambles the Time prior. I hate that we ended up disliking it so much, but that's just the truth. I can't stand being treated like a bother by someone in the hospitality industry."
