"The place is fine. It’s an off beat motel in podunk ville. I can guarantee I’ve stayed in much worse. Specifically Days Inn and sSuper 8. Not to even mention Red Roof. The people are kind. The room is clean. Appreciate them being available. Pool was clean and good."

"Staff is friendly and professional. We have fresh towels every day, or as needed. The place is bug-free and clean. Parking lot is easily accessible and well lit. We enjoy free WiFi. Hoping the pool will open during our stay. The location is within 1 mile of the park, schools, hospital, and within 3 miles of Walmart, fast food, restaurants, and many other businesses. It is also located next to Lauderdale County Sheriff Dpt. We feel safe staying here. Update: THE POOL IS OPEN! The water is a beautiful, clear blue. The area is clean. The temperature is perfect. Enjoy the cool, clean water."

"If I could I'd give this place a 0 stars. The guy lied about everything. He took my id and my mom's id. My mom paid for 2 nights and the lady tried to kick my mom kids and I out in the middle of the night. The lady wouldn't give us our money to get another room somewhere else. The lady was rude, hateful, disrespectful, mean. If you're thinking about this hotel be aware of what they r doing to families. Go somewhere else."

"It was okay. The service itself was great, but all the rooms needed to be updated. The water was constantly leaking in the tube. We moved rooms, and it was better. Working TV and WiFi finally, and no leaking water. Still not serving breakfast. All in all it was okay."

"We booked this hotel through a booking agent because it was the only one near Ripley that said they accept dogs and cats and we had one of each. When we arrived they told us they only accept animals in certain rooms and that's not what had been booked for us so our cat and dog had to stay in the truck all night. Disgusting room with wallpaper peeling off, stains on the carpet, and bugs. Hallway smelled disgusting, like smoke even though we were in a non-smoking part of the hotel. No pool, no breakfast, would never stay here again and would NOT recommend!"
