"If you feel the need for an ER visit, your first question when you arrive should be 'is Roger Woods the ER doctor right now?' If the answer to that is yes, then don't even bother. You'd get more sympathy and competence from prison guards than from this a-hole. He is condescending, insulting, writes prescriptions that are NOT appropriate treatment, and has literally zero human compassion. I am at my regular doctor today, and they can't even understand why he prescribed what he did for my situation. I can't imagine how anyone would hire this guy to work for their hospital, unless it's to make sure patients know they are unwelcome annoyance and be insulted. If that is what they hired him for, then he should get a raise. Everyone else in the ER was nice. I feel bad for them that they have to work with Roger Woods, AD (doctorate of a-hole)"

"Absolute Worst hospital I've ever been to in my life And I'm not young. I know people that drive out of town to avoid going there. Very, Very serious problem with management. 75% of the staff seriously act like they are on downers and half asleep. If they moved any slower they'd be dead. No sense of direction, urgency, Not at all goal orientated more like they are on vacation and you're inconveniencing them. I don't know what it takes to get fired from there but obviously a lot more then poor performance. Half the staff look and move like they're old enough to have retired a decade ago. Everyone's on mental auto-pilot. I swear community would be far, far better off if Evans clinic opened 24 hours and started doing Triage and this place just shut down completely. I mean basically that's what it is a really, really slow transport center to get shipped to an actual Hospital where people act like they actually want a job. Supposedly they do surgery there. But you'd be completely out of your mind !!!!!"

"Was sent here by the Mckenzie walk in clinic as they didn't have the machines needed for test. When I got there I checked in the desk lady was very nice and they got me in quick. The nurse mocked me because I couldn't pronounce some medication names correctly and said that's ok words are hard. The doctor then said they machine that was needed for the proper test was broken that he could do a cat scan or transfer me to another hospital. I will not be paying this bill when it comes in as no care was provided and was directed to seek care else where. I will not be seeking your services in the future. This was the worst medical medical care I have ever gotten."
