"The store is really nice and convenient but that short hispanic girl with black hair and heavy lashes and brows including that tall hispanic loser are both so rude and tacky, wanted to try some new balances and asked for 8.5 and she said they only have full sizes which I knew was a LIE and then the tall loser tells me they do have 8.5, all they do is stand and talk waste not doing anything with their lives. Like if you don’t wanna hustle and sell then go work as a loser security to stand there! Ps that short one was rude last time too and will come back to post her ghetto name."

"I went to shoe palace in Burbank town center hoping to buy the Panda dunks lows . I got there and asked to try on the shoes and I was told that I COULDN’T TRY them on and that they were FINAL sale. I thought it was ridiculous for them to say that so I left the store. I came back and asked to talk to the manager her name was ASHLEY . She told me the same thing , that I could not try the shoes on and that they were final sale. I then asked her “WOULD YOU BUY A PAIR OF SHOES WITHOUT TRYING THEM ON ? And she answered “Yes, cuz I know my size” I replied by saying “ I Know my size too BUT SOME SHOES DONT ALWAYS FIT THE SAME “ she was rude and also told me that “it wouldn’t be fair for the next customer to buy shoes someone else had tried on” the reason she gave me made no sense. Shoe palace you need to choose better managers."

"Came in to buy AF1 and was only given one shoe to try on while the associate (Brian) held onto the other shoe in box behind the counter. Meanwhile other customers were given both pairs to try on as per usual. Couldn’t help but feel racially profiled and ended up returning the shoe. Brian did apologize but I would strongly recommend management address this, as I likely wasn’t the first to experience this and may not be the last."
