"This child care facility tends to be ran by people who decide to change policies on a whim at their own discretion. You will receive a booklet(which is re-written often and still make changes throughout the year) describing the "structure" of this program but only YOU will be required to follow because the staff and the church change holiday, graduation and guidelines as they deem fit. They have NO common sense when they change structured settings in this regard. They do not consider the customers in which they service and make changes on a whim to satisfy the church and employee staff. So if you like to have a structured facility that stands by the system they lay out in their program booklet, then I would suggest going elsewhere. This facility takes absolutely NO consideration when it comes to customers. With out us, you wouldn't be. Maybe one day you will use some common sense in the way you change and alter your holidays, graduations, ect. and actually consider how those affect your "working" customers because most of the people who have their children enrolled WORK and DON'T agree with your changes that happen ALL the time. The changes always tend to favor the staff and church by taking addition time/days off as pronounced when you sign up."
