"Folks that camped out as early as 10:30 the night before walked out empty handed. Pulled allocated bottles right before opening and the bottles that were left were priced above even what secondary would bring. Stopped by this afternoon to be told by an employee, who seemed very embarrassed, “yeah…my owner did his research on pricing. So here sits his research.” As he pointed to the 30-45 allocated bottles still sitting there. Would recommend avoiding this one at all cost…. I wonder if these new 5 star reviews are being bought…"
"Lies about what bottles were available and when several other people complained, they lied and said: "maybe they were sold out before you got there", after staff apologized for what their owners told them to do. Their prices are horrible compared to other stores in the area and they try to sell common bottles like non-store-pick Eagle rare (for 59.99) -- much higher than other local stores. It's one thing to make a mistake but quite another to lie about it and gaslight bourbon lovers and not take responsibility for what they do."
"Not sure what happened, this used to be a great store for some good bourbon finds but something has changed. Staff is friendly enough but the prices have gone through the roof and it seems to be in some type of transition as the selection is very limited."
"Posted allocation drop and pulled the bottles right off the shelf that was listed for dropping. Prices are 2x secondary pricing. This place is a scam and only out to screw people over on pricing. A lot more local places that are better and not out to screw people over."
