"DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE!! The older man that works there had such a bad attitude. I left with tears in my eyes. I’m not used to being treated sideways for no reason, but he was aggravated at me for asking a simple question when there was nobody else in the store. It’s a shame because it’s the closest store to my house but I’m NOT GOING THERE AGAIN ! I hope he gets an attitude adjustment or finds a job where he doesn’t have to deal with people."

"I went out of my way to go to a different liquor store after the encounter I had over the phone with the man at Crown Liquors. I called to find out if they had A certain product and he told me I don’t know and then hung up. I called back and said I’m sorry I don’t think I heard you and he said “I told you I don’t know you’re calling me on a Friday night the busiest night of the week and I’m the only person in the store so you’re gonna have to come find out yourself!” So incredibly rude on the phone and the few times I’ve been in the store, the older gentleman got irritated and impatient with me when I wanted to check my bank account to make sure I didn’t get charged when the tap to pay didn’t work, before I inserted my card to pay again."

"As soon as I entered the store (30 minutes before close) I heard the older man talking about last minute shoppers. When checking out I chose to tap my card, he said I should insert it, but at that point I had already tapped and it said error. He then stated again that I should insert and reached across the counter to insert my card for me, as if I didn’t know how. He had an attitude the whole time and his demeanor was off putting. Taking my business elsewhere."

"I recently had an extremely unsatisfactory experience at a liquor store in Columbia, Tennessee. I called multiple times with a simple inquiry about their liquor selection, and each time, I was met with what I can only describe as a complete lack of Southern hospitality. The staff hung up on me repeatedly, showing no interest in assisting or even basic courtesy. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also contrary to the friendly community spirit of Columbia. I'm deeply disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future."
