"If I could rate this facility lower than I did, I would. I genuinely would not recommend this place due to the miscommunication and unprofessionalism. These things are a huge part for this profession and the fact that there was a lack of, just speaks on the care or lack of that we received. After many weeks of attempts to get in communication with this facility, we finally had one appointment schedule for a meet and greet. Seemed promising because after weeks, we were finally moving forward. After the next scheduled appointment come to find out that needed to be rescheduled, we did not hear from this place for TWO weeks. Even after the many attempts on my behalf to communicate with the facility and the psychologist, to no avail have I yet been scheduled. Complete waste of my time. I do not work for this facility to be the one taking all the steps to assure my family is seen, it is this place responsibility to do so. To conclude, due to the lack of communication, responsibility and attentiveness, I do not trust them to care for my family."

"I was recommended to try therapy by my doctor because I suffer from severe depression . I’ve only had a few appointments and out of my appointments I’ve only had like maybe 1 good session I suppose. I feel like I have to solve most of my problems myself or do what I usually do ignore my problems. Pretty disappointed on how’s my experience has been. We had a whole assessment during the beginning . I have servere depression, suicidal tendencies . All my therapist ever really wanted to talk about was “coping” mechanism for past trauma than start trauma therapy. Personally it didn’t really feel like I was getting anywhere we spent like 4 sessions talking about coping mechanism. Than I had to cancel one of my appointments because I was starting a new job and attendance was 100% and couldn’t exactly miss a day since you guys don’t do weekend appointments. But I’m really more disappointed at the fact that someone who suffers from depression with suicidal tendencies not onge has my therapist ever reached out to me? To make sure I was like alive??? Or everytime I would call and cancel an appointment. Like the bare minimum. Thankfully I haven’t decided To end it all but aren’t exactly the best at making you not feel alone. So hopefully medication will do the trick I guess ."

"Absolutely HORRIBLE place. My sons therapist Jessica is the only jewel in this tarnished crown. It's an absolute shame that she works for such nasty, horrible people. Bad communication, bad attitudes, and an inability to take responsibility when they mess up. Would never recommend. Ever!"

"Everything about Trinity Behavioral Health Services is geared towards helping people. My daughter and I both seen there - they made sure we saw someone who specializes in our specific needs. Scheduling is easy, they're always on time, the front office staff is friendly - they took care of insurance, etc, without any stress on me. I went to 3 other places in town before finding Trinity - they are hands down the most professional, and HELPFUL, clinic in Clarksville. I'm so grateful to finally get the help we needed. If you're struggling and need a place to start, start HERE! I only wish I had found them sooner!!"
