"In a time in society where customer service is often compromised by demand, staffing shortage or supply chain issues, I want to publicly acknowledge the pharmacy dept at Kroger Atoka TN. They have 100% always been friendly, professional and caring when filling my prescriptions or answering any inquiries that I may have. THANK YOU!!!"

"Absolute garbage and today is the last day I do business with them. Called to check on a prescription and I was told it wouldn't be ready until sunday. I mentioned the text message I got saying it would be ready today and the lady on the phone snapped at me. It is medicine for a torn cornea, medicine I waited for on the premise that it would be ready in the timeline I was notified of. There was no reason to be rude when I just wanted to make sure I could get my meds in a timely manner. Added as of 3/25/2022 The one medication I used to consistently get filled by them they've managed to not have for the last 5 months, instead I drive another 20 miles up the road where they manage to consistently stock it. How, does one store manage to be consistent, while this one can't seem to? Seems like someone shouldn't be running pharmacy supply orders."

"I was trapped in the drive through line (unable to move because of cars in front of me and behind me) for 55 minutes and when I got to the window I was told that I needed to come inside because the medicine wasn't ready. After going inside, I was forced to wait another 35 minutes. Called Kroger customer service and was "rewarded" with points on my Kroger card towards gas. We have switched almost all of our meds to an online service and couldn't be happier. The pharmacy techs are rude and dismissive. Being polite to customers and improving the efficiency of the process seems to be something that this pharmacy is not concerned about."

"If I could give 0 Stars, I would. I've used this pharmacy for a few years now and it's been great until the last several months. There are new employees and every one of them act like you're a bother when you go pick your prescriptions. I went through the drive-thru Saturday afternoon and was informed my husbands medicine was only partially filled and I could pick up the balance the next day. The pharmacy tech told me the total would be $60 when I picked up on Sunday. I went the next day to get the balance of the medicine and was told the total was $381. I was extremely shocked and questioned the difference in price. Thankfully, the person who gave me the $60 price was working that Sunday. She was questioned and very rudely called me a liar and said she had nothing to do with helping me the previous day or re-filling my husbands medicine. The pharmacist stood there listening the entire time and never once stepped in to offer any help. This will be the last time Kroger Pharmacy gets another penny of our money. All of our prescriptions will be transferred to a pharmacy who is happy to have our business."

"The staff at this pharmacy are always so helpful. We have United Healthcare and our prescriptions are usually priced low. We have been using Kroger Little Clinic as well and it just doesn't get any more convenient than that. The entire staff at Little Clinic are wonderful. We are happy to have this Kroger in our community!"
