"My car have cleared the DTCs (using a scan tool or disconnecting the battery), monitors will reset to "Not Ready". I drove around 10 miles, So the OBD II monitors incomplete, this shop issue a report NOT READY,failed. Charged me 46$ The other shop will ask go to drive more half an hour on the highway then come back for re-test. It should be free. or next time offer 8-10 retest fee. This shop will ask 40$. So don't come to this shop. The other shop on the Van buren BLVD. Wood crest smog is a nice guy. You have the other choice."

"They smog tested my car on Saturday. They said that it passed the test but they couldn't get the computer code. They told me that I needed to drive the car for 100 miles and come back. Of course they charged on Saturday and again for a retest on Tuesday. I noticed on Tuesday the guy checked to see if they could get a code from the computer even before they ran the 5 minute test. They could have done that on Saturday. I got charged twice...I feel this is a rip off....Never again!"

"My 19 year old grandson bought a used car from Joey Sana at Express One Way Smog. Even though he was assured that they had thoroughly inspected it and as a “dealer,” would have to disclose any significant defects, the car revealed major problems within 2 hours of its purchase. My grandson returned the car the next day and they refunded part of the purchase price with a signed promise to refund the balance the following day. Three weeks later Joey Sana said the real dealer was Global Elite, LLC and even though his signature was on the promissory note, he refused to pay the balance due. In fact, Joey had signed all the documents. He was belligerent and rude, while arrogantly taunting us to 'BRING IT...!" This was not a typical dispute. Their behavior, demeanor, and tone revealed a callous disregard for resolving an issue and a smug glee at getting away with something in a business deal with a teenager. Be extremely careful before doing business with Express One Way Smog Shop. Their written promise means nothing."

"2.9 star rating? Big surprise, not! Been using this smog shop for years but today they lots my business for good! Sign on door says they are out to lunch for 1 hour (without saying when they left). Went back three times in one day within a 3 hour period, still not back. Went down the road to Ace smog & Tires and was in and out in 10 min with a pass and for only $50, wich is cheaper than here at Express One smog."
