"The mark up for my parts were 180%. I essentially paid $380 to replace spark plugs. Look at the receipt. Parts should have been no more than $100. When I asked about how much the mark up was, Allen said he didn't have to tell me. So the 180% mark up is my estimate. Look at the receipt for yourself and do some price comparisons. Rip off. It took them 1.5 hours of labor to change spark plugs. My car is a four cylinder car that does not require any removal of engine covers and the spark plugs and wires are easily accessible. I felt compelled to file a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR)."
