"So chaotic. Took my ASD children here and what a mess. Our nurse was super sweet but my god the wait area is sheer chaos. We were early for appointment and still not seen on time. They don’t let you register online or mail out packets so you have to sit there and do it and it’s not given to you to do till your actual appointment time. One nurse walked out yelling obnoxiously loud like small children weren’t in the room… instead of just centering herself in the area to call a name. This happened multiple times. Then got held up further after our visit “because of our insurance” requiring the attending doctor to also come and see us (????), *after* the appointment mind you not during. My kids were beyond ready to go as was I. Then they are suggesting we go to another dept with an indefinite wait clearly seeing how overwhelmed my son was. My absolute favorite part is how none of what we discussed actually happened- appointments made without calling us- no location/schedule considered even though it was mentioned in appt. They just seem really invested in getting you back to them when good doctors want to get you what you need, how you need. What pisses me off more than ALLL this, cause I could forgive the above- was the NASTY, INCOMPETENT rep I had to speak to about a bogus NEW estimate for an appointment I didn’t even have yet. She had the audacity to be nasty and rude on the phone as I explained why a new visit does not cost the $200+ fees they addd on to $45. She cut me off when I responded to her lame excuse about why that happened. She was making no sense because the estimate was correct for days then it changed this morning- why would anyone be on my account CHANGING information that was already there and confirmed “mistakenly”. These people are money hungry and RUDE on top of that. That lady sounded too old not to know HOW to talk to people. So I’m telling you AGAIN- I am allowed to speak my thoughts and I am allowed to challenge bogus information especially when it doesn’t make a MORSEL of sense. Do better hiring and training yall!!!"

"It was awful staff. Pure cruelty towards patients. Zero out of ten. Don't go, trust me I would give zero stars if I could. Worst hospital ever. Nothing could convince me otherwise with how unruly the staff is."

"After a very hard and bad experience in TN med and peds this place saved my one month old baby. Best staff kind friendly. Ant they make you feel good about leaving your innocent baby in their hands. If you have the means to take your baby here don’t waist your time and risk your baby’s health any where else."
