"Clean and convenient. Relatively remodeled facility. And they use ceramics instead of paper dishes. As Korean air passenger they may reject to use this facility even though business class passenger. Some of staffs are lack of their knowledge on a policy. You need make a correction on their ignorance."

"Thanks to Delta Airlines and Hometown Heroes for making this experience possible for my child and I to experience. Tony, from Detroit is a great asset to the team! The newly renovated airport will provide an exceptional service for designated guests from all over to decompress and maybe grab a bite to eat from the extensive breakfast buffet and/or dinner. There’s plenty of amenities like a huge screen tv, charging ports, a coffee stand with a view of airplanes on the tarmac I would love to see more often! The staff managed to make this day so much easier and treated us with such a special respect that we are very thankful to have been a part of it❤️"

"Beautiful space and lots of seating. Food is good and staff always keep it clean. They also have quiet rooms (2) in case you want to talk for work or pleasure. Bathrooms are clean ."

"Very impressive, clean, attractive Delta Lounge. Wasn’t a member and I didn’t have any Sky Miles but I have an AMEX Platinum card, and was able to experience this relaxing atmosphere before my flight. I really enjoyed the espresso machine and the syrups. I enjoyed some vegan sausage and yogurt for breakfast. The seats are beautiful and comfortable, lots of places to get away from the bustling airport. Very quiet too"
